The hospital has a great 6 week class - and I think you can contact Barb Mason??
We also offer classes on Natural Childbirth at Stylin Mama, Baby & Tot, which is a great add on to the other one... our instructor is a practicing Doula and Mother of 2.

Hi there,
The hopsital does offer a great 6 week program, or you can take it all in one day (it's usually a Saturday 8-4 or 9-5) that condenses the whole course.
There are also Natural Childbirth classes in Rothesay at Little Bundles which are taught by a doula, if you are looking for a more natural approach to childbirth.
Yes it is Amy... I believe she is the only practicing Doula in Sj at this time?? but not positive... She is a mother of 2 and has been doing a fiar amount of births (both at home and in hospital) since we opened.
