"My baby is 3 months old, and still gets up between 3 and 4 times per night. I really want to get a good nights sleep, even half the times waking up would be helpful. I feel like I am just so tired by morning that I didnt even sleep at all. Does anyone have any good tips on how I can get her to sleep more at night?

One tip that I read when my baby was that age was to try and not pick your baby up if it's not really necessary, and also to try and not go right in as soon as you hear your baby whimpering.
I'm a believer in attachment parenting. My baby slept with me for the first 10 months or so and just nursed on demand. Most of the time I barely woke up and she could settle herself. I think they all go through different little phases depending on what's happening in their life.....just keep in mind that this too shall pass! Even though it probably feels like forever at the moment, you'll look back a couple of months from now and it will seem like a world away! There are so many tips and tricks out there, but really find Dr. Sears has some invaluable advice! Good luck,
Brittany
My baby was the same, until I started putting him down later at night. Even music in his room helped and evening walks seem to help him sleep through the night.
My son was like that what we had to do and it worked. was just let him cry well i wouldn't let it go on for more than an hr. i know its hard to listen to and to do it trust me i felt so bad but we had to it was getting really tiring but it worked. lucky for us it only took one night of doing that and he was on a schedule but you might have to do it for a week or two. but hang in there it will work but once you do it you have to stick to it or it won't work. so try it and let me know how you make out. Thats all i can give you on that. its hard i know but just think sleep sleep lol.

My 5 month old was sleeping through the night until 3 months and is now not even wanting to sleep in her own bed at night (although is fine during the day). Being active during the day and feeding lots before bed can help them sleep better. Getting stressed about it is the best way to lose sleep. Try to remember that nothing lasts forever and if it's possible, grab a nap when the baby sleeps during the day.
What really worked for us with all of our little ones was nurse, bath, nurse and nurse again... they would be plenty full and from about 2 months were sleeping a good 8-12 hours per night... i always made sure they were nice & full, and they got a great nights sleep...
